Demopolis, Alabama M I N I S T R I E S ¨ Sunday School ¨ Through our Sunday School ministry we seek to bring people into the family of God, develop believers, form significant relationships with other believers, and minister to persons in need. There is a place for every member of your family in our Sunday School. ¨ Missions ¨ Missions are an important part of First Baptist Church. Through our many missions groups we strive to involve people of all ages in mission study and mission action. ¨ Music / Worship ¨ We invite you to be a part of our music and worship ministries. Music and worship opportunities are provided for all age groups from four years through senior adults. Please introduce yourself to someone in our music and worship family this Sunday, or even better, visit a rehearsal and catch the spirit of what God is doing in this place. ¨ Senior Adults ¨ In addition to the regular Sunday School, Discipleship Training, Worship, Bible Study, and Prayer activities, we have various activities for our Senior Adults. Please check out this active group. ¨ Youth ¨ The purpose of the Youth Ministry of First Baptist Church is to provide an environment where youth, grades 7-12, can grow in their relationship with God. We try to accomplish this through a variety of activities such as Bible Study, discipleship, Wednesday night program, special events, camps, and retreats. ¨ W.E.E. School ¨ The Weekday Early Education Program at First Baptist Church is organized for children ages one though four years old. It is a developmentally appropriate program in a secure, loving atmosphere designed to promote the spiritual, mental, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers. W.E.E. School aims to enrich the life of each preschooler through an environment that builds a positive self-esteem so that he/she may experience the best and happiest preschool years possible.
